A great blog for elementary school lesson plan ideas is http://thefirstgradeparade.blogspot.com.  There are many resources and free printables available on this site that deal with many of the coomon core standards, such as inferencing, estimating and critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and reading strategies, just to name a few!  My favorite aspect of this site, however, is that all of her lesson plans exist in a theme-based curriculum.  So, while she is teaching graphing, she may be doing a unit on apples, and have the children practice graphing by plotting the students favorite/least favorite apples on a graph.  Fun lesson plans that are very educational!
